WEBINAR: School Rethink 2.0: Building an Education Movement

During the COVID-19 pandemic, new school models proliferated as parents and educators adapted to school closures. In the years since, school choice policies have also expanded. These responses demonstrate that there is a strong appetite for rethinking American education. But what will it take to grow and sustain this movement? In this web event, Bellwether’s Juliet Squire will moderate a discussion with AEI’s Michael Q. McShane, Corey Mohn of the CAPS Network, Adam Peshek of Stand Together Trust, and Nina Rees of the George W. Bush Institute to explore the practicalities of building and maintaining movements in education. Drawing on themes from School Rethink 2.0: Putting Reinvention into Practice, the conversation will highlight how policy advocacy, innovative school models, and collaborative networks can create meaningful change in education.
