Grace Falken is a research program associate at the Annenberg Institute at Brown University. She works with Professor Matthew Kraft studying teacher absences and substitute teachers’ labor supply decisions. Her own research interests include policy evaluation methods, behavioral policy design, and the role of linguistics in human capital formation.
