Kendell Long, a research associate at FutureEd, is a recent graduate of Georgetown University, finishing with a double major in African-American Studies and Government, with a minor in Justice and Peace Studies. Previously, Kendell worked as a summer Eeucator for Georgetown University’s Center for Social Justice high school college access and immersion program.
At Georgetown, he has done research covering early childhood education, restorative justice in education, the school-to-prison pipeline, and education for incarcerated youth. Kendell is passionate about educational equity for marginalized communities, and is eager to bring these passions to Future Ed.
